what is "Silent Book club"?

At Silent Book Club there is no assigned reading. All readers are welcome! Ebooks, audiobooks, textbooks, comic books... it's BYOBook. There is no admisson fee!

Friends & strangers gather at our shop, feel free to order food or drinks, share what your reading, and settle in for an hour of silent, reading. At the end of the hour, attendees can socialize—or not!

It is the first Wednesday of 

every month from 6-7:30pm. 

The time line is:

6:00 - Show up. 

6:15 - Get drinks + goodies and visit/get cozy. 

6:15 to 7:15 - Read!

7:15 to 7:30 - Discussion time (if you choose).

I wanted a place where you can relax by doing something you enjoy..reading! You can sit for some uninterrupted reading time, writing, or even studying. Whatever you choose. 

Coffee + Books = Perfection.
